Stephanie brings deep expertise in industry-leading platforms such as Ticketmaster Host, Paciolan, and Arts People, along with a track record of building efficient systems, solving complex challenges, and creating exceptional experiences for clients and audiences alike.

Erica Zimmerman
Erica Zimmerman is a seasoned ticketing professional and partner in PNW Ticket Partners, bringing years of expertise in event and production management, box office operations, and ticketing technology.
With a career spanning major music and film festivals - including Austin City Limits, Lollapalooza, Rothbury, and the Boulder International Film Festival — Erica has developed a deep understanding of the complex logistics that make live events run smoothly.
As an INTIX member and ticketing software expert, she specializes in uniting multiple venues and box offices under cohesive, efficient systems that enhance both guest experience and operational success.
